AUR.M AB, org. No. 559194–6917, Danagatan 22, 418 76 Gothenburg (“AUR.M”, “we”, “us”) conducts operations for aurm.com (“aurm.se”, “web shop”). AUR.M reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions (“the terms”) with time, where the latest version will always be available here. When you visit our web shop or order from us, you accept the then published general terms and conditions.

GENERAL

Purchase information

When you make a purchase at AUR.M, you accept our general terms and conditions and undertake to follow the terms and conditions in their entirety. You also agree that you have read the information about personal data and agreed to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with AUR.M’s privacy policy, see here.

To order from us, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s approval. If you have provided false personal information, the agreement is invalid, and we reserve the right to refuse or change your order. ou may then be liable for any costs involved in an invalid contract.

ORDERING

Order confirmation

Once you have completed your order and received an order confirmation from AUR.M via email, you enter into an agreement. You will find all information about the order in the order confirmation, including price, billing address and delivery address. Should incorrect information occur, you must immediately email customer service at contact@aurm.com.

The most common reason for a missing order confirmation is that an incorrect e-mail address was given in connection with the order. We also ask you to check your junk mail before contacting us.

Price & Printing errors

We endeavor to avoid information errors, but please note that pricing errors, spelling errors and other mistakes can occur from time to time. AUR.M reserves the right to correct any pricing and stock errors caused by technical problems or printing errors in our web shop, in promotional mailings and in other advertising. If you have ordered an item where an incorrect price has been stated, we will of course notify you and await your approval or rejection of the corrected price. Similarly, if the stock balance is incorrect, we will suggest an alternative product or cancel the current order.

Product photos

Our aim is to always present the products as truthfully as possible, as this of course benefits everyone involved. However, we cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, resolution, or other circumstances.

PAYMENT

Prices

Prices include Swedish VAT and are paid in Euro €. If you shop outside the EU, please note that your local Customs Authority may impose additional VAT, customs charges and other levies on the prices at the time of import.

Payment options

We collaborate with Klarna AB to offer you a simple, flexible and safe shopping experience in our web shop. Depending on your location, the following payment methods are available:

  • Klarna Pay Now (card payment or bank transfer)
  • Klarna Pay Later

Klarna performs a usual credit check when you pay by invoice. If your credit application is not approved by Klarna, you will be denied credit, after which we ask you to use another payment method. When paying by card in our web shop, Klarna processes your personal data in accordance with the international security standard PCI-DSS. AUR.M never handles customers’ card information.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only valid on regular prices and cannot be combined with other discounts. Promotions and discount codes only apply to new orders and cannot be applied retroactively. In the event of obvious misuse of offers, we reserve the right to cancel the current order.

On orders eligible for a gift or discount the value of the gift/discount is considered a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the whole order is returned for exchange or a refund, the value of returned goods is recalculated and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount is credited only. If you choose to return your entire order of a promotional purchase where a product has been added to the purchase, this free product must also be returned in its original condition. If you keep the product, we will send an invoice corresponding to the product’s value.

SHIPPING

Shipping time

Our normal shipping time is between 1-6 working days within Sweden and 4-12 working days for international orders. Please be aware that these are estimates only. The shipping may take longer than normal during high seasons such as Christmas and campaigns.

Shipping cost

The checkout offers you different shipping options depending on your location and the shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order.

Unredeemed packages

If you do not pick up the package upon delivery, it will be sent back to our warehouse and your payment will be credited as soon as the return has been registered by us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to debit you a charge for incurred costs in the form of return freight and handling.

Damaged products

If the package is obviously damaged at the time of delivery it should immediately be reported to AUR.M’s customer service. To make a complaint about transport-related damage to the responsible freight forwarder, we need to communicate this within 1-3 days of delivery and are therefore grateful if you report the damage to us within this time. Always contact us as soon as possible if you discover that a product is defective or if you identify other discrepancies in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items does not match your order.

With the help of strict quality controls, we do our outmost to minimize the number of defects and errors that occur. Should you despite this find that a product is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample, provided it is in stock. Should it be out of stock and unrepairable, we will refund you the original cost of the product and the return cost. If the order included other goods in addition to the damaged product, the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. You will be refunded back to the same payment method you used to pay as soon as we receive the damaged goods.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer you a 14-day right-of-return from the day you are notified that the package can picked up at the delivery point or the day you receive the item. Instructions for returns and exchanges can be found under Exchanges & Returns at the bottom of the web shop. If you would like to change your item for a different color, size, or model, please return the item according to our instructions and place a new order.

The returned product must be in unused condition with intact labels and in the original packaging. You are more than welcome to try on the garment, but we reserve the right to charge the full amount for products that are deemed used or damaged. In case of a return, the risk of loss and damage is on the customer. Therefore, please note the package ID and ask for a receipt when you leave the package at your parcel shop/courier.

Once we have received your return and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, you will be notified by email and refunded the full amount excluding the original shipping fee and the return fee. If you have an unpaid Klarna invoice for your order, it is important that you advance the due date yourself. You can find more info at Klarna.com.

As promotions and discounts are often time-limited, they may have expired once you place a new order. If so, must contact us at contact@aurm.com so we can help you with your new order, even if we cannot guarantee that you keep the discount.

Complaints

If you receive a defective product you have the option to contact us with a formal complaint. Before sending anything back to us, please email us at contact@aurm.com with as much information as possible, including the order number and photos of the defect(s). If we agree that you should send the product back and the complaint is approved after examining the product ourselves, we will refund your payment (including the return fee). AUR.M reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the product does not prove to be defective in accordance with current consumer protection law.

Disputes

In case of a dispute, the consumer should contact AUR.M’s customer service and try to resolve the disagreement as a first step. If a dispute cannot be resolved, we follow The National Board for Consumer Disputes’ (ARN) recommendations, which you can find at arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, a link to the EU’s common platform for dispute resolution follows here. Disputes between companies are decided by a general court.

Subscribing to AUR.M’s newsletter is free, without obligation and you can cancel your subscription at any time. By subscribing to the newsletter, you accept that AUR.M may send you marketing materials via e-mail, SMS, MMS, push notifications, social media or mail, regarding:

  • Our products.
  • Information about offers, sales, competitions, events and other marketing initiatives from us.
  • Information about items you have added to your wish list under “My pages” or in your online shopping cart.
  • To ask you to update your consent to include other business partners or means of communication.

FORCE MAJEURE

AUR.M cannot be held responsible for delays and problems due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of such circumstances are general labor disputes, power outages, fires, floods, wars, riots, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, sabotage and inadequate service from subcontractors due to any of these. Force majeure also includes reduced or absent deliveries from the supplier as well as government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions on imports and sales bans. If the circumstance has lasted for longer than two months, both AUR.M and you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
